When you only visit
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and loads nothing from other websites. To send you its pages, our hosting and network providers see your internet address and the kind of browser you use; we use neither to follow you.
Who reads what you send us
Mail you send to info@chaofanpharma.com is read by Chaofan Pharma and its partner ViraGroup (viragroup.eu), who answer you. A WhatsApp message reaches our sales contact.
The contact form
What you write in the form on our contact page (your name, company, email, country and message) reaches the same people and is kept the same way. Our answer comes by email with a private link to your conversation, where you can read our replies and write back; the link opens only that conversation.
Why, and for how long
Only to answer your enquiry and follow it up. We do not sell it. We keep an enquiry while we need it to answer you, and longer only where the law asks us to keep business records.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted: write to info@chaofanpharma.com. If you live in the European Union, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
